A 60-minute operator-level diagnostic.

Together, we pressure test your structural readiness, timing alignment, and business viability. You leave with a direct assessment: ready, viable with gaps, or premature, and what that means.

This session does not make you fractional.


It clarifies whether building a fractional business is aligned.  and what it will require.

I am a fractional HR leader and the founder of blueprintHR, where I work directly with growing companies as a strategic operator. I’ve built and managed my own book of business, structured retainers, navigated revenue variability, and delivered inside companies where execution matters.

I understand fractional work from the inside.

I also understand how quickly confidence can outrun structure.

Fractional work is not about expertise alone.
It is about revenue modeling, positioning clarity, disciplined outreach, and timing.
